Through the in-depth understanding of our logistics base, constant temperature and humidity warehouse, TMS transportation management system, and central laboratory, we have further enhanced our confidence in cooperating with us.
1.2. On May 15, 2024, our airport base welcomed the leaders of the Silicon Steel Division of Baosteel Co., Ltd., Beijing Baowu Electromechanical Steel Department, and Jinan Baowu Marketing Department.
The leaders of both sides introduced the operation and business model of their respective enterprises, and the visiting leaders expressed their recognition of our company's ability to provide full supply chain services. This exchange provided an opportunity for the two sides to cooperate on silicon steel projects, and also laid the foundation for exploring new areas of cooperation. BASR will use our resources in the field of automotive supply chain to seek cooperation opportunities with Baosteel.
1.3. On May 17, 2024, the leaders of the Management Committee of Tianyi Economic Development Zone, Xiangtan City, Hunan Province, together with their team, visited our Tianjin Airport Base for investigation.
The leaders of the Management Committee of Tianyi Economic Development Zone spoke highly of our modern supply chain management level, and the two sides jointly believed that we have a broad space for cooperation in the fields of smart logistics and industrial manufacturing. We will maintain close contact, actively look for entry points for cooperation, and strive to establish our cooperation base in Xiangtan as soon as possible.

On May 6, 2024, at the invitation of Beijing Wuzi University, representatives of our BU1 participated in the opening ceremony of the 15th Logistics Culture Festival of "30 Years of Logistics Education, Gathering Strength to Open a New Year" - 2024 China Logistics Forum (4th) - "Wanwei Cup" held by Beijing Wuzi University, and awarded ten students who won the 2024 "BASR Scholarship". This event not only strengthened the connection between BASR and Beijing Wuzi University, but also provided the company with an opportunity to exchange and learn with experts, scholars and business elites in the field of logistics. 3.1. On May 21, 2024, Tianjin Airport Base will be full of greenery and vitality. The unveiling ceremony of the first Arbor Day of BASR "I have a tree at the airport base" and "Shanhaiyuan" was held as scheduled.
At the beginning of the ceremony, Mr. Guan delivered an enthusiastic speech, sending good wishes and expectations for our Arbor Day. At 9:49, the tree planting activity officially kicked off. Everyone was full of passion and worked together to cultivate and water their own "tree". Under the sun, the "tree" that has just been planted stands side by side with us, becoming our partner and our comrade-in-arms who strives for BASR.
At 10:09, the exciting unveiling ceremony of "Shanhaiyuan" arrived as scheduled. On behalf of the backbone of BASR, Manager Jin Jingjing delivered an affectionate speech at the unveiling ceremony: "Mountains symbolize perseverance and are the cornerstone of stability; The sea symbolizes wisdom and is endlessly vast. We must work with the company to continue to grow and write a wonderful chapter of BASR together.”
In his final speech, Mr. Guan further explained the meaning of "Shanhaiyuan". He mentioned that the five hawthorn trees in the "Shanhaiyuan" symbolize the five mountains, and the four begonia trees symbolize the four seas. He borrowed the ancient poem "Other mountains are not worth visting after a visit to the Five Great Mountains, which are also not worth vistiting after a visit to Huangshan mountain.", expressing the determination and confidence of BASR to become an industry leader.
