1. Market development

1.1. Under the leadership of Manager Guan Yu, the BU2 of the company adheres to the consistent fighting spirit and professionalism, overcomes many difficulties, actively explores the market and has achieved remarkable results, and has established cooperative relations with GAC and Dongfeng Motor supporting factories for BASR. The establishment of this cooperative relationship marks the company's successful development of new OEM business and provides strong support for the company's business growth.

2. Deepen foreign exchanges and cooperation

2.1. On April 28, Dr. Huang Kun from the purchasing department of BBAC and his party visited our company to guide the work. They highly recognized our company's work in logistics management, quality dismantling and laboratory, digital management, supply guarantee and service, pointed out the direction for the future cooperation between the two sides, and put forward valuable suggestions for BASR to further consolidate and expand the supply chain.

2.2. On April 17, the technical experts of BBAC Laboratory visited our Tianjin Airport Base to conduct in-depth discussions on the test methods, test standards and laboratory certification processes of metal materials, and at the same time put forward valuable suggestions for the cooperation between China Automotive Sunshine and Beijing Benz Laboratory in the later stage. BASR would like to express its heartfelt thanks to BBAC Laboratory for its support, and look forward to more extensive technical exchanges with BBAC Laboratory to make greater contributions to the in-depth cooperation between the two sides.

3. Management improvement and security assurance

3.1. From April 9th to 10th, Huaxin (Beijing) Certification Center Co., Ltd. conducted a comprehensive audit of our company's quality management. They highly recognized our document management, process construction and on-site management, which marked that our quality management system has reached a new height.

3.2. On the eve of the "May Day" holiday, the company's project team organized all employees of the airport base to conduct a fire drill. This drill improved the emergency response ability of employees and provided a strong guarantee for the company's safe production.

3.3. In order to improve the testing capacity of the laboratory, ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test data, and make full preparations for the application for CNAS certification, the company's central laboratory has applied for 9 proficiency testing tests to the "CIIC" institution. We are fully confident that after half a year of proficiency testing test, we will be able to deliver a satisfactory answer.

4. Company activities and cultural construction

4.1. From April 16th to 17th, all party members of the party branch of BASR， participated in the rotation training of party members in the street of Exhibition Road. Through the in-depth study of the "Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China", the discipline awareness of Party members has been further enhanced.

4.2. On April 28th and 30th, the company organized all employees of the headquarters, Jinan base and Tianjin airport base to participate in the walking activity with the theme of "physical fitness, happiness and happiness, steady and far-reaching". This activity not only exercised the physical body of employees, but also enhanced the cohesion of the team and injected new vitality into the company's cultural construction.

In April, the company continued to improve its business development, foreign exchanges and cooperation, management improvement and safety assurance, as well as corporate activities and cultural construction.
