1.1.On January 11, 2024, the leaders of Jinan Baosteel visited our headquarters for business communication. The leaders of Jinan Baosteel and company's BU2 respectively introduced the operation and business model of their enterprises. By thorough communication, both sides agreed that there are a lot of potential development opportunities and a lot of room for cooperation, both side will maintain close contact with each other for further expand and cooperation in the market.

1.2.On January 19, 2024, the leaders of purchasing department of BAIC Foton Automotive Co., Ltd visited our headquarters for business communication. BASR’s general manager Mr. Guan and the BU2 team gave a warm reception. The leaders of both party had in-depth exchanges on import and export business, safety stock, lean JIT supply chain services, etc.; and hoped to use their respective resource advantages to open up more areas of cooperation to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.

2.2.On January 11th, the engineer of BASR Laboratory visited BBAC Laboratory and introduced the operation of our laboratory, the preparation of CNAS certification and the construction of salt spray corrosion laboratory to the leaders and relevant experts of BBAC Laboratory. The leaders and experts of BBAC Laboratory have put forward many valuable suggestions for the construction and management of BASR laboratory, which will be continuously implemented in our practical work.

2.3.From January 16th to 17th, BU2 and the company's project team paid a friendly visit to Hunan Nantong Group Co.,Ltd. and Lianyuan Steel. On the copper wire deep processing project, BASR and Nantong have conducted a full analysis of the market, and both sides believe that we should seize the opportunity of the current shortage of tinned copper wire, build in-depth cooperation to seize the market. After the Spring Festival, the senior leaders of the two sides will further discuss the cooperation of the project. BASR had in-depth communication with Lianyuan Steel on export business. Subsequently, BASR will conduct further communication with Lianyuan Steel about Port Railway Transportation Framework, in order to provided alternative solutions for optimizing logistics costs for our upcoming domestic and foreign business.

3.Staff demeanor
3.1.On December 22, 2023, the BU2 received a request for on-site service for the Saikoli project of the BU1. They dismantled and inspected each package one by one at the site of Saikeli and the warehouse of Anji Tonghui, and then resumed the packaging. This work was carried out for 15 consecutive working days, and a total of 16,155 pieces and 96.9 tons of defective materials were dismantled and inspected. It is the hard work of these two employees that ensures the normal production of Secoli. At the same time, it has also won honor for the company's quality service awareness and service level, and has won praise from customers.

3.2.On January 11, 2024, the roof leakage caused by snow in the roof gutter of the A1 and A4 cross-district warehouses of warehouse A seriously affected the storage safety of the materials in the warehouse. In this emergency, the logistics technology quality staff united as one and acted urgently to remove the frozen ice and snow on the roof of the factory gutter in time, avoiding the risk of continued roof leakage and protecting the company's property safety. Their spirit of unity and cooperation and ability to respond to emergencies efficiently fully demonstrate the team's high sense of responsibility and professionalism.
