1.Invitation, exchange and guidance, continuously improve

1.1.On November 1 and November 16, 2023, leaders from different departments of Shanghai Anyue Materials visited our Tianjin Airport Base for guidance. The visiting leaders spoke highly of our company's system management, warehouse management, quality dismantling and quality control, receipt and delivery process, transportation vehicle management and laboratory. After the visit, the two sides had an in-depth discussion on the cooperation model and reached a preliminary cooperation intention, and the two sides agreed to make use of complementary advantages to achieve common development in more fields and achieve win-win cooperation!

1.2.On November 1, 2023, the leaders of Kenlian Aluminum visited our Tianjin Airport Base, and the two sides had in-depth exchanges on BASR's existing order management and future cooperation. Kenlian said that it has always had a good cooperation with BASR, and is also very willing to give more support to BASR in other projects in the future! BASR would like to express its gratitude and hope to cooperate with Kenlian on more projects!

1.3.On November 21, 2023, the leaders of Beijing Branch of Shandong Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. visited the company's headquarters for a business visit, and the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on existing projects, and at the same time made preliminary communication and future planning for future projects in automotive steel, home appliances, and building materials. The two companies hope to leverage their respective strengths to jointly develop new markets.

2.Step outside , open up the market, and continue to learn

2.1.On November 7, 2023, the company's leaders led the operation team of the business department 1 to visit in ThyssenKrupp (tkSE) in Germany and had friendly exchanges.

The two sides reviewed the years of cooperation, and overcame many difficulties and challenges through close cooperation and joint efforts, and achieved a win-win situation. tkSE highly appreciates the quality of the service we provide. In the face of the grim situation and challenges in the future, the two sides reached a consensus to strengthen their confidence on the basis of the existing cooperation, overcome the difficulties together, and jointly create a new chapter of cooperation between the two sides!

2.2.From November 14th to 15th, our company and the School of Logistics of Beijing Wuzi University carried out discussions and exchanges on three topics: logistics management improvement, technical quality management, and supply chain operation management improvement. This exchange was substantial and meaningful, both sides benefited a lot, through the exchange: our team found the theoretical basis for daily work; The teachers also have a deep understanding of the problems and difficulties encountered in the actual work of the enterprise. In the future, we will use rich theoretical knowledge and combine practical knowledge to help enterprises improve. At the end of the seminar, everyone was still unsatisfied, and we will continue to communicate and explore and learn together.

3.Social responsibility
3.1.In order to carry forward the traditional virtues of respecting and loving the elderly, and uphold the concept of our company actively repaying the society and investing in public welfare activities while developing the enterprise, on November 17, the company arranged for employees to come to Shijingshan Nursing Home again on behalf of the company to carry out condolence activities. The reception staff of the hospital said that they are very grateful to our company for their care over the years, and they also wish us better development.

4.Management improvement
4.1. On November 9, 2023, the airport base ushered in the first "Fire Day study and Practical Drill" activity, all activities were planned, formulated, organized, explained, on-site guidance and drills by the airport base project team. This is a new milestone for the airport base to carry out the promotion of fire safety awareness and safety practical skills, through this activity, all employees of the base have further improved their fire safety awareness, exercised their emergency escape ability and the use of fire-fighting equipment, and realized the role of escorting the sustainable safety production of the enterprise.

4.2.  On November 20, the company's human resources organization held a kick-off meeting on three topics: "the future development direction of the company", "what is our role", and "how to improve the work skills of on-site personnel".

The responsible persons of the three seminars are: Wang Lina, Luo Jian, and Gong Chen; Liu Jinsong, Yuan Jiafeng, He Lijie; Song Chen, Yang Yanhui, Wang Changchun.
