 3.1.Since the inauguration of the company's experimental center on July 6, on September 15, the company signed the " Beijing China Automotive Sunlight Resource Co. Ltd. （BASR）- Zeiss Industrial Quality Co-construction Laboratory Cooperation Agreement" with Carl Zeiss AG and Carl Zeiss (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd. and held the unveiling ceremony of the joint laboratory. The cooperation with Carl Zeiss aims to promote the world's most advanced measurement technology and measurement concept of Carl Zeiss, build the BASR Laboratory into a model of advanced modern laboratory testing, improve the microscopic technology testing capabilities in Tianjin (and even North China), expand the application of microscopic analysis in industrial enterprise services, realize mature and advanced automation and intelligent modern third-party testing functions, and cultivate compound application technology talents with engineering ability and practical experience

 3.2.On September 27, our company was invited by the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing to participate in the "36th National Logistics Enterprise Awarding and Supply Chain Innovation and Development Conference" held in Wuhan.  3.3.Following the middle-level debriefing and company development seminar on July 24, a seminar on the theme of "the future development direction of the company's business" and "employee development incentive mechanism" was held at the airport base on September 15. At the meeting, issues such as improving the company's selection, retention and training mechanism, motivating employees and the company to work together and grow together, and enhancing employees' sense of belonging were discussed, and the equity incentive, striver salary incentive and employee car incentive plan were preliminarily determined.
