1. Management improvement

In the rainy season, in order to cope with extreme weather, the company held an emergency meeting on July 20 and established an emergency working group for the flood season. The emergency task force has carried out a comprehensive work deployment:

The emergency working group and all the personnel of the base entered the state of emergency for flood control, comprehensively counted the flood control materials, and all the flood control materials were in place within 24 hours; During the flood season, a group of two people will be on duty 24 hours a day, and a group of four people will be on duty for 24 hours during extreme weather, and the standby personnel will be on call; Start the inspection mechanism during the flood season, inspect once every two hours, and deal with abnormalities in a timely manner; Preventive measures for transportation and loading and unloading during the flood season are initiated to ensure the safety of goods.

3.1.On the occasion of the 102nd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, with the theme of "Always Follow the Party and Operate the Sunshine Together", the Party Branch of BASR organized all Party members and cadres to carefully watch the propaganda film of "The History of the Party's Hard Work in Jinggangshan, the Cradle of the Revolution", and deeply felt the noble faith pursuit and the great Jinggangshan spirit of the revolutionary predecessors. Inspired by the spirit of Jinggangshan, all party members reviewed the oath of joining the party, once again realized the mission and responsibility of being a member of the Communist Party, and determined to set up a banner and role model in their work. 3.2.On July 6, 2023, Mr. Guan and Mr. Li Jinggang, Senior Manager of Purchasing of Beijing Benz, jointly unveiled the plaque of the Central Laboratory of BASR, which opened the prelude to the official operation of the Central Laboratory. In his speech on the establishment of the central laboratory, Mr. Li Jinggang expressed his heartfelt congratulations on the establishment of the central laboratory, highly praised the development concept and corporate culture of the company, and also sent his best wishes for the future development of the central laboratory and the company.

The completion of the central laboratory has allowed the company's partners to see the company's strict requirements for quality control, which has further improved the trust of partners in BASR, and at the same time, partners have also expressed their intention to conduct in-depth technical exchanges and strengthen mutual cooperation with BASR.

3.3.On July 15, BASR held the first Family Day with the theme of "BASR Family, Happy Family". 3.4.On July 24, the company's first half of the work report, the company's development seminar was held in the company's Tianjin airport logistics base, the report, the seminar is divided into three links: middle-level report, company development seminar, and general manager summary.
