1.Go outside to learn and improve; invite and collaborate deeply
1.1．In May, the company's leaders led the relevant business divisions to conduct friendly visits and in-depth exchanges with different customers and partners in various fields such as Bohai Equipment Huayou Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., Lingyun Group, Benxi Steel Plate Marketing Center, Weilai Automobile, Shanghai Anyue, and Funeng Technology. During the visit and exchange, we not only learned their advanced management concepts, their full understanding and analysis of the market, but also provided important information for our market development.

1.2．At the same time, our leaders from HBIS Group, AHK Automotive Steel and other leaders were invited to visit the company's Tianjin airport base to guide the work. The leaders affirmed the management of the company and the airport base, and unanimously expressed that together with BASR, they will make use of their respective advantages to jointly develop customers, provide customers with high-quality services, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.

2. School-enterprise cooperation

On May 6, at the invitation of Jiang Xu, Dean of the School of Logistics of Beijing Wuzi University, the company's leaders led a team to participate in the "New Era, New Mission, New Logistics" - 2023 China Logistics Forum held by the School of Logistics of Beijing Wuzi University, and awarded awards to ten students who won the 2023 "China BASR Scholarship" award.

  At the forum, Mr. Guan, on behalf of the company, summarized the achievements of Sino-BASR and Logistics College in school-enterprise cooperation, and expressed his heartfelt thanks to the teachers and students for their strong support and help to the company. At the same time, he said: BASR is willing to work together with the Logistics Institute to strengthen cooperation, jointly meet the new era, undertake new missions, and create new logistics!

3.Supplier Conference

On May 18, at the invitation of Beijing Benz, the company's leaders led a team to participate in the "Beijing Benz 2023 Supplier Conference" with the theme of "Crossing Mountains and Seas, Rejuvenating Xingchi". 4.Management training

On May 26th, the company invited senior teachers from Beijing Yahewei Information Technology Co., Ltd. to our airport base for training on PDCA/newspaper working methods. The teacher starts from the concept, connects theory with practice, and leads us to use the management concept of PDCA to solve problems in practical work; Using the efficient reporting method of "newspaper link" and Toyota's "A3 paper" to improve our communication efficiency and work efficiency; During the training, the teacher introduced a large number of practical cases, the teaching method was humorous and funny, and the training content was practical and fascinating; Everyone actively participated, talked enthusiastically, and gained a lot.

Mr. Guan spoke highly of the teacher's wonderful and down-to-earth training, and hoped that everyone would apply the PDCA/newspaper work method to practical work, and said that the company would organize more high-quality management training in the future.

5.  Base management improvement
5.1   In May, the comprehensive polishing of the ground of the logistics base was completed, and the comprehensive layout of the gear was completed, which brought the 5S management of the airport base to a new level.
5.2When the rainy season arrived, the company's project team carried out a comprehensive leak-proof inspection on the roof of plant A to prevent accidents and ensure the production safety of logistics in the rainy season.

6. Laboratory construction
6.1 The construction of the company's central laboratory organization has been completed, professional test engineers have taken up their posts, and comprehensive pre-job training is underway, and the construction of the laboratory management system is steadily advancing as planned.
6.2．The laboratory equipment has arrived one after another, and the equipment installation, commissioning, trial operation and other testing work have been completed one after another. At present, a professional third-party is being planned to carry out equipment calibration, and the official inauguration of the laboratory in July can be expected.
