1.2、On March 29th, the executive manager of tkSE automotive steel business led a team to visit Tianjin Airport Base and had in-depth exchanges with the operation and logistics technology and quality team of the business department 1. The company extended a warm welcome to the visit of tkSE and his delegation, and explained in detail the work of the airport base and the company's development prospects. 3.Base construction
3.1、The thermal insulation renovation of the constant temperature warehouse in Area A of the airport base, the reconstruction of the constant temperature warehouse in Area B, and the laboratory construction project were successfully completed at the end of March as planned, and the laboratory equipment arrived one after another as planned.
4.Management improvement
4.1、The company completed the preparation of the new quality manual and organized internal auditors to discuss and Xi. The company's internal audit team held several internal auditor meetings, and completed the rectification of the problems found in the internal audit before March 29. The company plans to conduct an external audit of the quality system on April 17.
4.2、In order to attract high-end talents, the company has decided to give employees with overseas educational background (returnees) and employees who have obtained a master's degree certificate or above a degree reward to upgrade their salary to a higher level after one year of formal conversion and completion of the corresponding job rating.
