1.Work together to fight the epidemic and safeguard production despite all difficulties

1.1.On November 26, due to the epidemic, customers were suddenly locked down and controlled, and emergency supplies such as N95 masks, bedding, and cotton clothes were urgently needed. After receiving the notification of the emergency assistance to the customer of the operation of the first division of the business, the General Management Department acted quickly and made urgent purchases, within three hours total of 4480 N95 masks, 10 sets of bedding and cotton jackets were gathered, and the materials were quickly delivered to the customer at the risk of being controlled by the epidemic. The customer highly affirmed and praised our company's spirit of working together and daring to take responsibility in the face of the epidemic, as well as its response speed and ability to deal with the crisis. Customer service is our first priority, and it is our duty to ensure customer production and production safety.

 

 

 

 

1.2.Our normally operating transport vehicles, due to the strict control of the epidemic, some have been blocked in the community, and some have been blocked in transit, which has seriously affected the distribution and caused a huge risk of customer downtime. In order to avoid this risk, we have activated a backup third-party transportation company to replenish transportation resources in a timely manner to ensure the production needs of customers. This kind of responsibility to ensure production and supply at the expense of cost is the business philosophy that we have always adhered to.

 

2.Base construction and upgrading, safety production first place

2.1.

The company's project team successfully completed the first phase of the company's airport base construction and upgrading project. In order to ensure that the production and operation of our base are scientific and orderly, safe and controlled, the company has hired a professional third-party organization to conduct a comprehensive "dual control" standardized audit of the airport base, conduct a comprehensive assessment of equipment, facilities, production safety, etc., and complete the evaluation report before the end of the year. The report will be the standard for our "dual control" work next year and a guide for production safety management.

2.2.The second phase of the TMS transportation management system has been completed, and the trial operation will be completed in December, and it will be officially launched from January 1, 2023 when all transportation operations will be systematized. The preliminary layout design of the LED visualization management of the TMS transportation system work site has been completed, and it will be put into operation before the end of the year. LED visual management will provide real-time sharing of vehicle information, cargo information, and cargo loading and unloading location information for consignees and drivers at the work site, so as to visualize operations and improve work efficiency.

2.3.The second phase of the weak current intelligent project of the airport base was launched, and the network expansion will be completed in March next year, which will achieve full coverage of the network plant and comprehensive monitoring without dead ends.

3.Management is constantly optimized, talents do their best

3.1.In order to improve the matching degree of employees' qualifications and positions, the company's human resources completed the evaluation of each employee's job qualifications, and gave the employee's position and promotion suggestions in 2023 based on the employee's personal willingness and KPI assessment results. After the proposal is discussed with the manager of the direct department and agreed with the company, human resources will interview the employees separately and release the 2023 employee job appointment letter. This work will be completed by 25 December. This evaluation system aims to build a better personal development platform for employees, so as to make the best use of their talents.

3.2.The company's financial control completed the preliminary plan of the 2023 budget and operation plan. The company's assessment team completed the design plan of the 2023 departmental KPI assessment indicators, especially the KPI assessment indicators of the development department, and communicated with the business department many times, and carried out corresponding optimization on the premise of listening to the suggestions of various departments. It is believed that the optimized KPI assessment concept will be more motivating.
