  1.1In order to prevent the epidemic, we re-planned all business activities in the form of online meetings and exchanges, and the employees of the airport base carried out corresponding closed-loop management to ensure human resources for production and operation.

  1.2In order to ensure BBAC production, we overcame many difficulties and did not hesitate to increase costs, and established an alternative warehouse in the Shunyi factory of Mercedes-Benz to solve the emergency supply of resources in crisis situations; The vehicle of an alternative third-party transportation company was activated, and the problem of the delivery vehicle being trapped at the checkpoint into Beijing for 14 hours was solved. It is our mission to ensure the production of BBAC, and it has once again proved that we live up to our mission in the face of difficulties.

2.In the face of increasingly fierce market competition, BU4 exceeded the challenge goals in the company's business plan in October. It has once again proved with practical actions that goals are not to be achieved, but goals are to be exceeded.

3.In October, the company successfully passed the ISO9001 quality system audit of Fangyuan Certification Group Company. The certified teacher fully affirmed the construction of our quality system, but also put forward the quality system significant management issues:

  3.1The company lacks training for all employees of the ISO9001 quality system.

  3.2 The company's management processes are numerous and need to be sorted out and simplified.

  3.3In response to the above problems, the company's project team immediately made a detailed training plan and process combing plan, and the company strives to hand over an excellent answer sheet in the system audit in May 2023.

4.After the investigation of the relevant steel mill laboratories at home and abroad, and the bench-marking of the test equipment of the Mercedes-Benz laboratory, the list of the first phase of the test equipment has been determined, and it has now entered the global procurement stage. The BASR Laboratory is expected to be put into use in September 2023.
