Affected by the epidemic control, the output of major domestic OEMs fell sharply in April,it also greatly affected our operation and operating targets in April.The end of epidemic crisis is uncertain, we must establish a sense of crisis, and only everyone has the courage to dedicate and work together can we tide over the difficulties together.

1． During the epidemic control, our employees took their work as the first priority, especially Gao Haibin of the Jinan team of BU2, overcame many difficulties and risked of being quarantined, assisting our winning supplier to complete the delivery of the backlog of inventory, which won the trust and respect of the winning supplier while ensuring the interests of the company.

2．New employees are new driving force for the company's development. Human resources organized a special meeting for new employees to "achieve dreams with action". Fifteen new employees from different departments spoke freely. They expressed their gratitude to the company, cherishing their positions, and wishing to develop together with the company, while they put forward the following suggestions：

2.1. Organize business sharing meetings, business training and team building to strengthen the relationship between various departments;

3．In order to improve the management level of the company's management team, we have Mr.Xiao Wei, Mr.Luo Jian, Mr.Guan Yu gave the training course of DMTP "E+ Manager" this month, the course "Management Cognition", "Role Cognition" and "Setting Goals". Each one not only fully analyzed and explained the theoretical knowledge of each module to everyone, but also led everyone to discuss and put forward the problems and improvement measures existing in our practical work, so that what they learned was truly useful and everyone benefited a lot. In particular, how to use the theoretical knowledge learned to formulate the company's business plan and KPI indicators for 2023 is proposed in the transfer training of the "Setting Goals" module, which gives a clear optimization direction.

4.On April 28, the company's airport base welcomed the first production safety inspection conducted by the local competent department since the opening of the base. Although there were some improvements in the inspection results, they basically passed the big test. Special praise here:
