1. Since the official opening of the new base in October, with the joint efforts of all employees, the production and living environment has undergone rapid changes, the sense of belonging of employees has increased day by day, and the production efficiency has been continuously restored and improved. The employees of the project team, in the face of the heavy task of improving the management of the base, especially the thorny problems such as the leakage of the plant, dared to think and dare to take responsibility, and finally completed the first round of repair of the roof of the plant through continuous trial and error in the case of harsh climate and environment, complete inexperience and insufficient manpower. The results of the renovation were fruitful, which not only ensured the company's stable production, but also saved considerable operating costs for the company.
2.The employees of the base made suggestions for the improvement of the company's management, and put forward 16 suggestions related to the vital interests of employees, environmental improvement and management improvement, and the company paid full attention to it and conducted research and discussion one by one to determine the solution. In the team building of the employees of the base, the company's leaders gave answers one by one, and the results were satisfactory to the employees.
3.On November 26th, at the team building of logistics technology and quality employees of the Business Department 1, the new and old employees spoke freely, respectively expressed their love for the new base, and expressed their desire to cherish the platform given by the company and continue to make contributions. The company's leaders fully affirmed the enthusiasm of the employees of the base, and at the same time put forward higher requirements for the management cadres. Management cadres are required to set an example, have the courage to take responsibility, and truly play a leading role in management cadres.
二、In order to attract more outstanding talents, improve the income level of employees, and make the salary structure more reasonable, the company's personnel, administration, and financial departments have conducted discussions, and widely solicited the opinions of employees at all levels.
三、In order to further improve the company's lean management level, the preparation of the company's 2022 annual business plan and budget was started with the company's financial control as the leading. At the same time, in order to make the company's performance appraisal system more perfect, the rules more reasonable, the indicators more quantitative, and the process more lean, the company's appraisal team took the lead and started the work of setting the company's employee performance appraisal indicators in 2022.
The company's annual business plan formulates the company's annual business objectives, and the employee performance appraisal indicators set the incentive goals for employee performance, and the two goals are cause and effect of each other. It is expected that both goals will be greatly improved in 2022.
