1.While the company's operation was carried out steadily and orderly, all departments of the company made a comprehensive summary of their work in the first half of the year. The company's production, operation and development construction have made a historic breakthrough in the first half of the year, but there is still a huge gap with the requirements of the company's development and management. 

1) There is no significant breakthrough in market development;

2) Production planning,  and supervision capabilities need to be further improved;

3) Project management capabilities, supervision and control capabilities need to be strengthened;

4) Emergency response and response capabilities need to be strengthened;

5) The ability to collaborate between various departments and teams of the company needs to be improved;

6) The construction of organizational echelon and talent training need to be accelerated;

7) The staff training mode and training content need to be further improved.

The above seven gaps require us to make breakthroughs in our work in the second half of the year.

2.After the heat, it is the hottest time of the year. On July 27, the secretary of the employee association and the chairman of the labor union of the company came to Wuqing Logistics Base on behalf of the company to visit the employees working in the front line, sent them the coolness of summer, and expressed sincere gratitude to them for their professionalism. At the same time, on the occasion of the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, the company's retired soldiers expressed their condolences and presented souvenirs. It is hoped that all veterans of the company will continue to carry forward the fine traditions of the army, maintain the fine style of the soldiers, continue to write a glorious chapter of the people's army, and contribute to the completion of various production tasks in the second half of the year.

3.In August and September, we will face the huge challenge of inventory pressure due to Mercedes-Benz's production cuts, and the simultaneous construction of the base and the relocation of logistics.

4.We will face the risk of another wave of epidemic spreading, and we must be vigilant, strictly implement the government's anti-epidemic policies, do a good job in emergency plans, do a good job in epidemic prevention work, and go all out to ensure production.

5.In the face of our gaps and unprecedented challenges, we must work together, mobilize all positive factors, unite as one, improve emergency response capabilities, and strive to deliver a satisfactory answer to the company.
