After several rounds of discussions, the company released its business plan for 2021. The business plan has formulated the direction of the company's struggle in 2021, and has formulated business objectives and goals for each business division, and each business department will work hard to complete the tasks issued by the company.

 

Finance Department

On the premise of a comprehensive summary of the company's three years of management experience, through strengthening the company's budget management, fund use management and KPI assessment indicators rationalization setting and assessment, further improve the company's lean management level, and truly realize the improvement of the company's management benefits;

 

Department of General Management

On the basis of comprehensively improving the company's scientific management, system management and system construction, we will further enhance the company's cultural construction, enhance the company's cohesion and employees' sense of belonging. In particular, it is necessary to strengthen the training of the company's management management level and the training of the employees' business level, so that the management philosophy of the company's management and the business level of employees can keep up with the needs of the company's development, and then lead the company's development.

In February, the company issued two management systems:

  • Establish strategic cooperative relations with relevant colleges and universities, select and cultivate new forces of the company through the performance of interns in the company's internship process, and reserve talents for the company;

At the same time, the demand department should do its duty to provide interns with corresponding internship content, while protecting the information security of the company and the personal safety of the interns.

 

 

  1. "Company EHS Management System". The system aims to:

Implement the relevant national EHS laws and regulations, improve the safety of our workplace and the health of employees, continuously improve working conditions, and safeguard the legitimate interests of employees;

The company hereby appoints the general management manager as the representative of the company's EHS management, and the chairman of the company's labor union is the representative of EHS employees;

It is hoped that all employees of the company, in addition to reflecting any questions about the company's management improvement through the company's hotline, will actively communicate with the company's EHS management representatives and employee representatives, so as to continuously improve the company's internal management, enhance the company's image and cohesion, and enhance the company's employees' sense of belonging and glory.
