2.Through the one-day team building on September 30, all employees of The BU1 have strengthened the cohesion and centripetal force of the team, deepened the employees' understanding of the corporate culture, and strengthened the employees' belief in pursuing excellence! They brought this belief to the intense work after Golden Week. Through their active efforts, the company's operating performance has achieved the best year-on-year level in history. While maintaining the production task, The BU1 has continuously strengthened training and practiced basic skills, creating a team that can really fight tough battles. Zeng Shu, the acting person in charge of operation management, summarized and organized his business experience into training materials, and exchanged and shared experience with employees of various departments; Logistics/technical quality: 20 employees will be tested for basic skills to understand the actual operation level of employees, and targeted training and improvement will be carried out.
3.The BU2 is working hard in the increasingly fierce market competition. Based on the operating results in October, sales are expected to triple the target of 2019.
While deeply cultivating the business of Sinotruk, the BU2 has increased the development of other businesses in Shandong, especially in the promotion of new EPS materials, and signed the first batch of test material orders through unremitting efforts.

5. Harmonious labor relations are the foundation of sustainable development of enterprises and the inherent requirements of social harmony. After nearly 20 years of development, the company has established a relatively complete labor and employment mechanism and employee compensation and welfare mechanism in accordance with national laws and regulations. Hereby, the company has won the honorary title and bonus of "Advanced Unit of Star Harmonious Labor Relations in Xicheng District, Beijing" in 2019 for encouragement.
6. On October 18, in the "China Logistics Forum" of the 40th anniversary celebration of Beijing Wuzi University, Comrade Xiao Wei, on behalf of the company, awarded the BASR, Ltd. Scholarship to 10 outstanding students of Wuzi College, in order to encourage students to study hard and Xi and lay a good foundation for future achievements. In addition to the five-year scholarship program between the company and Beijing Wuzi University, the two sides will also carry out strategic cooperation in more fields.

The company's procurement + platform project, robot project and transportation management system have completed the preliminary research work, and the project management team is working with a third party to finalize the plan and optimize the cost. The three projects will be launched in phases according to the final plan and the results of business negotiations.
